Custom made items are not eligible for returns due to change of mind. This is because these items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold once manufactured.

Before placing an order for any custom or made-to-order item:The non-returnable nature of the product will be clearly explained to you in advance.You will have the opportunity to review all specifications and finishes. Our team will confirm that you understand and accept these terms before production begins.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If you are unsure whether an item is considered custom or made-to-order, please contact our team before purchasing and we will be happy to clarify.
