Shipping Time
For non bespoke items, lead times are between 3 working days up to 10 days.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product has arrived to you damaged, please notify us immediately and within two working days of delivery to allow us to investigate with our supplier and arrange prompt resolution and we will provide an address in which the item can be sent back.
Please note that all products are photographed before they leave our warehouse and photographed again when collected by our couriers. Please keep all original packaging even if it is damaged as this is needed for the returns process.
Please email clare@clarehudsondesign.co.uk with your order number, clear photographs of the defect or damage and a description of the issue.
Subject to approval by our returns team, we will arrange a free collection of the defective merchandise and a replacement or full refund.
