Return Window

We hope you will love your purchases however, if you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the unwanted items for a return. We accept returns so long as they are undamaged and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing to clare@clarehudsondesign.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Complete with all parts and documentation

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

We strongly advise that you take pictures of the item before return collection by our couriers. Please keep all of the original packaging in case of any return.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

We will need to be contacted directly to arrange the details of where you will need to send the package, we do not provide free return shipping for changes of mind.

For large items, depending on your location return charges start from around the £25.

As arranging change of mind returns can be a difficult and sometimes expensive process for all involved we advise you contact our team before purchasing any item if you have doubts and we can resolve any doubts you may have.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receipt of proof of return and funds will show in your bank 3 - 5 days after being processed depending on your bank's policy.
